HOUSE MIXES MUSIC TECHNO

Remeberance Sunday Mix

Today has been spent mostly laying horizontal on the couch listening to some laid back Balearic vibes from Coyote, Mudd, Quiet Village and Studio, slowly recovering from the weekends shenanigans at the Greg Wilson night in B-Town on Friday night , and at The Fishbowl on Saturday night where I was let loose to spin some records. Feeling a little inspired also from the recent Smart Boys tape I ripped and uploaded, I managed to muster some energy reserves and get on the decks for a quick mix of some tracks from 89-91, that on a Saturday night some of these would probably empty a dance floor, but work perfectly on your Sunday vibe. Recorded live in one hit with a lazy approach, this one is more about the tracks than the mixing.

Ability II – Pressure
Tizania – Seduce me
Future Sound of London – Stolen Documents
Rhythm of Life – Tropical Shower
Fatman Feat Stella Mae – Release Me
Shut up and Dance – Raps my Occupation
Sax – Don’t turn your back on me
Joey Negro – Do it
Dream 2 Science – Liquid (Deep Water Mix)
Impedance – Tainted Love
Utopia Project – File #2
Infra Red – Calibration
Fallout – The Morning After
Future Sound of London – Pulse State

cheers Peter …. yeah those tracks FSOL and Fallout are emotive gems … was going to put a third FSOL track on called “1 in 8″ but thought it may be an overkill ….one to keep aside for Part II ;)
