So remeber last year when I was letting you all in on one of Brighton’s best kept underground secrets The GoBang Brighton festival, a month long groove led musical micro festi that happens in the heart of the Sussex seaside city. Well since last year the groove led scene has been developing somewhat mainly due to the efforts and dedication of the festival organisers. For sometime Ali Broadcast had a vision for creating a unique festival in the heart of the city, in 2008 his vision became a reality, in 2009 his reality has grown beyond expectation and now has firmly cemented the foundations of a groove based community in Brighton. One of the latest establishments to embrace the scene is a central boozer just off the seafront in Middle Street. The Globe is fast becoming the mecca for discocentric and alternative dance music action, the pub has a basment bar that is converted making it a perfect venue these intimate gatherings, that seem to attract a friendly crowd week in week out.
